Event Description
The hospital reported that during an endoscopic vein harvesting procedure, vasoview hemopro 2 may have burned patient.Patient was noticed to have a slight burn on leg after evh procedure was completed.Hemopro 2 evh system was potentially laying between patients legs.Other devices such as bovie may have caused the burn on patient and was in the same area in surgical field.Any other patient effects is unknown.

Trackwise#: (b)(4).Corrected sections: h6--medical device ¿ problem code corrected from code "1071" to code "2993".A lot history record review was completed for lots 3000336966, 3000336530, and 3000333517 the last 3 lots shipped to the account prior to the event/aware date.There were no ncmrs, rework, or deviations documented for the last 3 lots shipped to the account.Based on the dhr/lhr review results, it was determined that there is no relation between the batch manufacturing process and the reported failure.
