|
It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) exhibited low amplitudes on the right ventricular (rv) channel.Additionally, the device delivered inappropriate anti-tachycardia pacing (atp) due to crosstalk talk oversensing of the atrial signals on the ventricular channel.Technical services (ts) provided resolution.A lead revision is planned for this patient.The device remains in use.No adverse patient effects were reported.
