Event Description
Mainstay medical received information on 10/25/2023 that the patient had increased pain at the implantable pulse generator (ipg) site, especially when lying supine.The patient underwent ipg pocket site revision to address the issue.There was no report of patient harm or injury.The patient was discharged the same day and the issue resolved.
