Event Description
On (b)(6) 2022, a patent foramen ovale with hypermobile atrial septum was closed using gore® cardioform septal occluder.The occluder was implanted without any problem.On (b)(6) 2022, at a time of outpatient visit, the patient complained of chest symptoms.An electrocardiogram revealed frequent premature atrial contraction.A supraventricular premature contraction was observed.Medication treatment was administered.On (b)(6) 2023, recovery was confirmed.
