It was reported that the health care professional requested a review of the recorded episodes due to a concern for inappropriate therapy.Boston scientific technical services (ts) reviewed the episodes and noted that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) delivered inappropriate anti-tachycardia pacing (atp) and shock therapy for what appears to be an atrial driven rhythm.Recommended an electrophysiology consult since the patient was not taking medication. This device remains in service. No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
