|
According to the reporter, during servicing, the unit was for trade-in and had cosmetic damage.The chassis was very worn and the control board was obsolete.The control board and chassis were replaced and the device was calibrated.Cross coupling test fails.The monopolar 2 remains energized when activating monopolar 1.The k16 was replaced to correct the issue.All required tests according to the manufacturers' manual were ok.Electrical safety test results were ok.There was no patient involvement.
