Event Description
|
It was reported that during a recanalization procedure via crossover approach, the helix allegedly broke.It was further reported that a part of the broken helix was already outside the sheath.Reportedly, the broken helix was removed from the patient through the sheath and the procedure was completed using another device.There was no reported patient injury.
