Event Description
It was reported that, this left ventricular (lv) lead was suspected to have the tip fracture as all configuration exhibited high impedances out of range, however the ring configuration seem to have good integrity within range values.Technical services (ts) indicated that in this case the inner coil could have broken first or the tip is wedged deep in vessel and the out of range measurements are more physiologic rather than broken. This lv lead remains in service. No adverse patient effects were reported.
