It was reported that the patient had discomfort related to prominence of the lateral edge of their implantable neurostimulator (ins).The possibility of suture securing the ins might have broken and allowing the ins to move around in the pocket and causing discomfort, however, there was no confirmation test to confirm this.Ins pocket revision was discussed with the patient and declined.The patient will return to the clinic if their symptoms are not improved.The patient was seen by the neurologist two weeks ago.There was no report of discomfort around the ins pocket and the issue was resolved.Additional information was received reporting that on 2023-dec-12, the patient had their device repositioned.
