Event Description

According to the reporter, during procedure, a few minutes later the clamp begins to have failures in coagulation and cutting, since the doctor indicates that he does not make the cut correctly since the clamp gets stuck.It shows us on the screen that it does not work in the cavity and outside the cavity it also continues to have errors.Another device energy clamp was given and it works well.The maryland clamp was checked again and it does indeed tend to pass through.The scissors (cut) failed and did not allow the jaw to open.There was no patient injury.
