|
Information was received from a patient regarding an implantable neurostimulator.The reason for call was patient reported that their stimulation was changing by itself and the issue began probably about 2 or 3 weeks ago.Patient stated that they were on group a with programs 3 and 4 and that program 4 was at 0.0.Patient noted program 4 was turned off and that the stimulation turned off by itself.Patient was able to increase stimulation after turning the stimulation on.The issue was not resolved.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.

Additional information received from the consumer reported that they didn¿t know what the cause was.After they spoke with someone they were able to set it and haven¿t had an issue since.
