Event Description
|
It was reported that the deep brain stimulation (dbs) patient experienced tension and tightness in the neck.The patient felt the implantable pulse generator (ipg) was too close to her clavicle and when she moved her arm, the device would rub against her bone and cause discomfort.The patient underwent a revision procedure to reposition the lead extensions.The patient was doing well postoperatively.
