Event Description
Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins).The reason for call was patient reported their stimulation would turn off by itself when charging their implant and the issue began 'like' the 23rd of december.Patient also stated their group would change from a to c by itself.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.

Event Description
Additional information was received from a patient (pt).The pt reported they met with a rep who could not determine why it would switch from a to c.Pt reported they got a new battery pack for the controller and changed the settings, and it is now set on b only at 10.6 and it tingles.The pt reported this has helped a lot so far.Pt reported they can move the settings up and down as needed, indicating the issue has been resolved.Weight was reported.
