Event Description
According to the reporter, during ablation procedure to the liver, when they tried to activate the generator they heard a alarm from the generator.It was not possible to treat the patient.The surgeon decided to stop the procedure because there was no more device in the operating room.The procedure was cancelled while the patient was under anesthesia.
