Event Description
Despite the device's functionality, due to persistent issues of dizziness, sound intolerance, and distorted sound in the left ear processor the user has ceased using the left ear processor as of (b)(6) 2024 upon the recommendation of the clinic.According to clinical support it appears that the array has extruded.Imaging and additional medical consultation has been requested.
