Event Description
It was reported that the patient was seen with low impedance after a battery replacement.The surgeon recommended a lead revision for the patient.They attempted to re-insert the lead into the generator but the impedance was still low.The lead was not replaced as of the battery replacement surgery.The rep mentioned the surgeon felt there was a coating present on the lead that wasn't normally there.The rep did not provide a description of what this coating looked like, only that the surgeon stated it looked different.Later the patient's lead was replaced and the impedance was corrected.The explanted devices have not been received to date.No other relevant information has been received to date.
