The manufacturer became aware of a rep dreamstation auto bipap device that had an sd card test failure.After further investigation, the user initially called in and stated her pressure used to be 20 cm h20 and her new device was set at 4 cm h20.Philips support tried a forced modem-call and it went through to her machine.The user was instructed to contact her dme to make sure what her prescription should be.After further review, the bipap script could not be applied to this device, so it was determined to replace the device for the user which has been done with the correct settings.The affected device has not returned to the manufacturer.If the device is returned, it will be scrapped.If additional information becomes available or if the device is returned for investigation, a follow up report will be filed.
