It was reported that the bd nano¿ 2nd gen pen needle's cannula broke off.Report 1 of 2.The following information was provided by the initial reporter, translated from japanese to english: patient informs pharmacy that the application is very difficult and that the pen needles usually break off during application.Therefore the patient uses unusually large quantities of pen needles.In addition, the dosage of insulin is therefore unreliable.
