The manufacturer received information alleging that the device did not meet acceptance criteria of evaluation process due to critical errors (193,195,290).There was no patient harm or serious injury reported.During the evaluation of the device at the manufacturer's service center, the complaint was confirmed.E193 is an internal li-ion battery permanent failure and failure of the final power source may impact therapy.
