Information was received from an unknown source regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported stylet wouldn¿t remove smoothly for needle.The doctor tested this before it touched the patient.The needle was not used on patient or any part of the procedure.Rep grabbed a new kit and gave him a new needle.
