The manufacturer received information alleging the device would not power on.There was no harm or injury reported.During the evaluation of the device at the manufacturer's service center, the device operated with battery-powered even with the ac power is connected to the device.The device's power supply was replaced on the device.After replacing the power supply on the device, a repair test was performed, alarm and battery checks, and run-in tests were performed.Afterwards, the device was cleaned and operating properly.
