Event Description
It was reported that stent dislodgement occurred.A 2.50 x 20mm synergy stent balloon expandable was selected for procedure.During the procedure, the stent got lodged in the distal end of the catheter.The device was removed and then replaced with another stent in order to complete the procedure, extending procedure duration by 10 minutes.No clinical consequences were reported.
