It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) exhibited noisy signals on the right atrial (ra), right ventricular (rv) lead, and shock channels.Technical services (ts) reviewed the reports and noted that the noisy signals are not oversensed.Additionally, there was a signal artifact monitor (sam) episode a couple of years ago that resulted in a vector switch and disabling of the respiratory rate trend (rrt) due to a procedure. There were pacemaker mediated tachycardia (pmt) episodes, as well.Ts suggested troubleshooting actions and potential following actions. The device remains in use.No adverse patient effects were reported.
