Event Description
Medtronic received information that 5 years 10 months following the implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, the valve failed due to moderate central aortic regurgitation.Approximately 5 years and 11 months following the valve implant, the patient was scheduled to have a transcatheter aortic valve (tav) in tav procedure.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.

Event Description
Additional information was received indicating that the tav-in-tav procedure was successfully performed approximately five years and eleven months following valve implant.It was further reported that echocardiography showed no regurgitation after the new tav was implanted and the patient was discharged the next day.
