It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) was suspected to deliver inappropriate anti-tachycardia pacing (atp) and electric shocks.Boston scientific technical services (ts) was consulted and reviewed the episode, however, it was not possible to determine if this was a true ventricular event.All therapy available was delivered.The patient was hospitalized and medications were given no additional adverse patient effects were reported.At this time, this device remains in service.
