It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) recorded inappropriate atrial tachy response due to far field over sensing with right ventricular pacing but programmed left ventricular only.Low amplitude signals were present, also atrial beat under sensing was observed and left ventricular pacing was inhibited.Programming options around blanking periods and pacing outputs were recommended. The crt-d remains in service at this time.No adverse patient effects were reported.
