Event Description
|
Medtronic received information that prior to use of a fusion oxygenator, the customer reported a broken arterial temperature probe on set up.The customer stated that there was no noticeable damage to the outer box or inner plastic tray housing.The device was replaced.There was no patient involvement, so no adverse effect occurred.
