Event Description
The patient was brought into clinic as the patient's app was unable to be paired to the device and a possible bluetooth (ble) malfunction was suspected.Technical support was contacted and a ble reset was performed and the app was able to be paired successfully.The patient was stable and will continue to be monitored.

The reported event of inability to communicate via bluetooth (ble) was confirmed.Based on the review of the information provided, it was confirmed that a memory corruption had occurred, resulting in the loss of ble connectivity.
