Event Description

As reported, prior to patient contact, when the ncircle tipless stone extractor was functionally tested, it was discovered that the basket would not open and close properly.Another same device was used to complete the procedure.The patient did not require any additional procedures due to this occurrence.The complainant has not reported any adverse effects on the patient due to this occurrence.
