A physician reported that after an intraocular lens (iol) procedure, visually significant opacity to the iol material itself was noted.Additional information received from physician stating he saw the patient and the deposits on the left lens were 98% better.There was a faint haze on the iol surface, but physician did not see the round deposits that he had noted previously.Patient was treated with corticosteroids for 1 month, but physician did not see her at the slit lamp since then until review day.Physician assessed the issue to be inflammatory in origin and the corticosteroids solved it.There are two medical device reports associated with this patient.This report is associated with the left eye.
