Event Description
It was reported that a balloon rupture occurred.A 10mmx3.75mm wolverine coronary cutting balloon was selected for use.During the procedure, the physician advanced the balloon to the lesion.The balloon then burst at 8-10 atm.The device was successfully withdrawn from the patient's body and the procedure was completed using another of the same device.No complications were reported and the patient was stable after the procedure.
