Event Description
|
According to the reporter, during a laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure, the handle was difficult to squeeze and was stuck during the firing process.The clips disengaged into the patient¿s cavity.The surgeon was able to retrieve the fallen clips.To resolve the issue, another device was used.There was no patient injury.
