Event Description
It was reported intra operatively an leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) exhibited no capture and high thresholds, suspected due to patient anatomy.The leadless ipg was attempted/not used and replaced.It was further noted that the second leadless ipg was implanted and exhibited high thresholds also.The second leadless ipg remains in use. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
