Event Description
Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins).The reason for call was patient reported the therapy worked great for the first year or two, and they stop using and charging the implant because they didn't think it was helping and it took a long time to charge the ins.Patient stated they have getting pain in different location of the body and the pain is getting worse since october 2023.Patient stated they need an mri soon and they want to try to use therapy to see if it will help the pain. agent confirmed the controller is recharging while plug into the outlet with green light flashing.Agent reviewed device function and best practice for recharging the device.Agent confirmed there is no visible damage to the recharger.Agent reviewed passive recharge state and process and recommend patient call back for assistance if necessary.The troubleshooting steps that were taken on the call resolved the issue.Patient later requested manuals be sent to them.
