Event Description
It was reported that during routine service, the arctic sun device showed fault 41 (low internal flow) with no flow rate showing.The device took several attempts to fill also before functionality test was carried out.Exact same fault as june¿s return.

The investigation is still in progress.Once the investigation is complete a supplemental report will be filed.The information provided by bd represents all the known information at this time.Despite good faith efforts to obtain additional information, the complainant / reporter was unable or unwilling to provide any further patient, product, or procedural details to bd.

Event Description
It was reported that during routine service, the arctic sun device showed fault 41 (low internal flow) with no flow rate showing.The device took several attempts to fill also before functionality test was carried out.Exact same fault as june¿s return.Per follow up information received via mail on 19apr2024, it was reported that the device would be sent in for a bd-approved facility for evaluation.The issue was resolved by performing general maintenance and power cord has been replaced, then sensor calibration and est test performed.Unit is awaiting product release approval.It will be sent out once released.Per sample evaluation results on 08may2024, it was reported that the arctic sun device failed the protective earth during est due to high resistance.
