Event Description
It was reported that approximately three months post implant, the left ventricular (lv) lead dislodged.The physician was unable, due to anatomy, to get the lead back into a coronary sinus branch.The lead was explanted and replaced with left bundle branch pacing lead.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
