Event Description
|
Following the information gathered the bed stucked in the trendelenburg position during use by a patient.The customer stated that the e410 was visible and the cpr button was not responding while they were trying to bring the bed back to flat position.The arjo service consultant during onsite visit cleared the error code and raised the bed to the flat position.The bed was swapped out.No injury was claimed.

Initiall product inspectiion revealed hi/lo actuator failure - it did not move all the way up.Investigation is still in progress.The supplemental report will be provided upon investigation completion.
