Event Description
It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) intrinsic amplitude is out of range on this right ventricular (rv) lead.The most recent right ventricular automatic threshold (rvat) test showed noise on the rv lead.Further assessment of the lead was recommended.The device and this scientific lead remain in-service.No adverse patient effects were reported.Disclaimer statement: this report reflects information received by fda in the form of a notification per 803.22 (b)(2).
