Event Description
It was reported that the battery of this pacemaker was suspected to be depleting prematurely.The estimated longevity decreased not as expected, from two and a half years to seven months, within just over one year period.Follow ups were increased.The patient felt distressed and was listed for a replacement procedure.This device remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
