The patient reported that his brain was damaged and had mental health issue.Allegedly, the patient had been disabled since 2019.The patient claimed that he also underwent surgeries in 2008 and in 2012.Reportedly, he was told that the implanted screws were broken and his fusion failed with stenosis.He stated his back was like a ¿jig-saw-puzzle¿ and that "the screws broke his back in half".
