Event Description
The patient underwent a procedure for a trial scs system on (b)(6) 2014.Postoperatively the patient began vomiting and was difficult to wake up.It was determined that prior to the procedure the patient was taking an unk medication and also suffered a fall where she hit her head and may have had a concussion.As a precaution, the patient was sent to the emergency room.The patient's trial lead may have moved due to the patient's vomiting and was subsequently removed on (b)(6) 2014.
