Event Description
It was reported during a permanent implant procedure the scs lead was unable to be placed correctly after numerous attempts.The lead was meeting resistance before it could reach the desired upper level.The physician used a different type of lead to successfully complete the procedure.It was noted that the reported event extended the procedure more than 2 hours.No complications were noted.
