Event Description
It was reported that during set-up of the device for a cardiopulmonary bypass procedure, the level sensor pad would not stick to the reservoir.The customer tried four pads and they kept popping off.The device was not changed out, as they had to tape the sensors on the reservoir for the case.The surgical procedure was completed successfully.There were no delays, no blood loss, or no adverse consequences to the patient.
