Event Description
It was reported that the healthcare professional (hcp) had problems accessing and interrogating the pump on the day of report.A device flip may have been speculated.The patient was experiencing withdrawal symptoms of itchiness and increased spasms starting (b)(6) 2014 with a gradual onset.The patient had been given oral baclofen.The patient's pump was intended to infuse lioresal.Additional information was requested to determine any further diagnostics, interventions, and associated outcomes.
