Event Description
It was reported that just before starting an af ablation procedure, an attempt to interrogate the device was unsuccessful.Once the rf antenna was disconnected from the programmer interrogation was successful.Post af procedure, the interrogation was successful with and without the antenna.There were no consequences for the patient.
