During the index procedure an endeavor sprint drug eluting stent was implanted in the 1st obtuse marginal.Approximately 52 months post the index procedure, the patient expired.Cause of death reported as hypotension, hypovolemia and severe anaemia.The investigator assessed that the event was not related to the study device.
