Event Description
The customer reported that the ventilator was alarming due to a blower temperature high occurrence.The customer reported the unit was in use, but there was no patient harm reported.The biomedical engineer stated that the reported problem was not duplicated and he replaced the motor controller board per product support engineer (pse) recommendation.The unit is now back in service.
