Event Description
It was reported that the patient was seen in the hospital the evening after implant of the left ventricular lead.The patient was syncopal and experiencing muscle stimulation.The lead exhibited loss of capture; imaging revealed that the lead had dislodged.On (b)(6) 2014, the lead was repositioned and the patient was discharged the following day.
