The customer reported that while in patient use the respiratory therapist noticed the ventilator driver had an irregular beat and that it sort of hesitated and then resumed the fast pace.No patient compromise; the patient remained stable.The patient was removed from the ventilator and placed on another 3100b, no patient harm.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
(b)(4).The customer evaluated the ventilator and verified the complaint.However, he noticed that after an hour or more, the driver didn't "hesitate" or change a beat.When he performed the performance check, the amplitude was really low.The customer replaced the driver power module to fix the reported issue.
