|
It was reported the patient complained of pain at her scs ipg site.A sjm representative met with the patient and observed the patient's ipg appears to be angled.The header of the ipg is protruding and the ipg is superficial.The patient stated she feels like the ipg has moved and is not near the belt line.Surgical intervention is planned for a later date to address the issue.

Follow-up identified surgical intervention was undertaken and the patient's scs ipg was relocated to a new pocket on the same side but lower and deeper.Additional follow-up identified the reported issue has been resolved.
